Shipping

Every 2423 piece is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your 2423 order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Please contact us to begin a return.

Donation Process

5% of every eligible 2423 Co. purchase is donated to cancer-focused organizations. At checkout, you can choose which participating organization you want your purchase to support. We track your selection, combine the donations from our sales, and regularly donate the funds directly to the selected organizations. Your purchase. Your choice. A greater cause.
