Shipping policy
At 2423, each order is made and fulfilled with care. Because many of our products are produced on demand, please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Production & Processing Time: Most orders require approximately 3–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. During product launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery destination, and available shipping method. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery time begins after your order has completed production and has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Transit times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier, and shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of 2423's control.
Delivery & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or contact information provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Multiple-Item Orders: Orders containing multiple products may have different production or shipping requirements. In some cases, products may arrive separately depending on where they are fulfilled.
Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery information.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may have been lost, please contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps. Carrier delays after an order has shipped may be outside of 2423's control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue when applicable. We will work with you to make it right.
International Shipping: International shipping availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times may vary by destination and product. Available shipping destinations and final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
