Charitable Giving & Legal Notice

2423 Co. is committed to supporting the fight against cancer. Unless otherwise stated, 2423 Co. intends to donate an amount equal to 5% of the purchase price of eligible merchandise, excluding taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds, returns, and other non-merchandise charges, to eligible cancer-related nonprofit organizations.

Where available, customers may be given the opportunity to select from participating or eligible organizations. Customer selections are used to help direct 2423 Co.'s charitable giving; however, the donation is made by 2423 Co., not by the customer, and does not increase the customer's purchase price.

Purchases from 2423 Co. are purchases of merchandise and are not charitable contributions by the customer. Accordingly, customers should not treat any portion of their purchase as a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Organization names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The inclusion of an organization on our website does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with 2423 Co. unless expressly stated. 2423 Co. may add, remove, or change eligible organizations when necessary.

If an order is canceled, refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the associated amount may be excluded from charitable giving calculations. Donations may be calculated and distributed periodically rather than immediately following each individual transaction.

2423 Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its charitable giving program, including the donation percentage and participating organizations, subject to applicable law. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected on our website.
